Getting Started

Set up your dive shop on the platform in a few steps.

Setting Up Your Shop

Go to Admin → Settings → Shop Info to configure your shop name, address, phone number, email, and business hours. This information appears on your public site, in email footers, and in structured data for search engines.

Upload your logo under Admin → Settings → Branding. The platform automatically generates favicon variants for browsers and mobile devices from your logo.

Configuring Your Domain

Your site is accessible on the platform domain immediately. To use your own domain (e.g. yourdiveshop.com), contact us and we will configure DNS and SSL for you. Custom domains are available on the Pro plan and above.

Enabling Features

The platform has several feature areas that can be enabled or disabled for your site:

  • Dive — Courses, certifications, and instructor profiles
  • Shop — Product listings and online checkout
  • Trips & Events — Dive trips and special events
  • Equipment Service — Service and repair offerings
  • Rentals — Equipment rental listings

Disabled features are hidden from your site navigation and public pages. Contact your platform administrator to enable or disable features.

To serve your site in both English and French, go to Admin → Configuration → Language Settings and toggle Enable French. See the Multi-Language doc for full setup details including content translation and localized emails.

Setting Up Email

The platform sends transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, invoices) on your behalf. To configure email delivery, go to Admin → Notifications to verify your SMTP settings are configured. See the Email & Notifications doc for details on each email type.

Your First Course

Once your shop info and email are set up, create your first course:

  1. Go to Admin → Courses and click New Course.
  2. Set the name, level, description, prerequisites, and price.
  3. Go to Admin → Schedules and create a schedule for the course with a date, location, and instructor.
  4. The course will appear on your public site and students can enroll.

See the Courses & Scheduling doc for the full details.
