Add your own pages and rich sections to the public site without writing any code.
Create standalone pages (About Us, Training Philosophy, Trip Report, FAQ, anything you want) with New page in Admin → Site → Pages. Each page lives at /p/your-slug and has:
Older pages from the retired Custom Pages screen appear in a notice on the Pages list, each with Move to page editor and Delete old copy.
Two addresses are special: when you publish a page (Site → Pages → New page) with the address privacy-policy, the platform-default privacy policy at /privacy-policy is replaced by your version. Same for terms at /terms — there's no default terms page, so it only appears in the footer once you publish one. Both pages are also reachable at the standard /p/<slug> URL, and edits you publish show at both. An older copy moved in with Move to page editor works the same way. Most tenants uncheck Show in top navigation for these so they only appear in the footer.
All 12 system pages (home, dive, courses, equipment service, trips, rentals, the dive and 3D printing shops, staff, software, printing and contact) plus your custom pages are built from blocks under Admin → Site → Pages. Open a page to see its blocks on the left, a live preview of your real site in the middle (switch between desktop and phone, and English and French when French is on) and the selected block’s settings on the right. Click a block in the preview or the list to edit its text, photos and (when French is on) French text; the Style tab sets background, spacing, alignment and width. Drag blocks to reorder them, or focus one and press Alt + arrow keys. Add block opens a picker with every block type and its layouts. Live sections such as the course catalog or the contact form can be moved but not removed; their data comes from the matching admin screen.
Edits save to a draft automatically and visitors don’t see them until you publish. Share preview copies a link that shows the draft for 30 minutes. Publish lists exactly what changed (added, edited, moved or removed blocks, with the old and new text), warns about missing French, and lets you discard the draft instead. Every publish is saved in History, where you can preview any earlier version and restore it into the draft. A custom page’s Page settings can also Unpublish it (visitors get “page not found” and it leaves the menu, but the draft stays so you can publish it again) or Delete it for good, with its history. System pages can’t be deleted; turn their section off in Branding instead. Changes made by a connected AI assistant are marked via AI assistant, so you can keep or undo each one. The older Homepage, Courses Page, Service Page, Custom Pages and Site Content screens are gone; their links open Site → Pages. The brand selection stays editable in its own screen. Editing pages, including the equipment service page, needs the Content Editor or Admin role (the homepage also accepts the homepage permission); Staff and Manager accounts that used to edit the old Service Page screen no longer can.
Live blocks show your real data and can be added to any page from Add block → Live data. Each one has options for how many items to show and what to include; the data itself is edited in its own admin screen. A live block hides itself while its site section is turned off. List blocks take an optional limit: leave it empty to show everything.
Badges are on by default and can be switched off per block. A session shows Waitlist when it is full and the waitlist is open, and Full when a day of a multi-day session is fully booked, using the same rule as booking. Products the cart can’t sell show Out of stock. You can also hide full sessions or out-of-stock products entirely. The course catalog, shop catalogs, rental prices and the contact form stay on their own pages.
Every image field in the page editor (hero photos, galleries, cards, backgrounds) has Choose from library: pick from images already uploaded to your site, search by file name, and select several at once for photo lists and galleries. Uploading a new image works as before.
Site → Announcements holds your dated notices; the Announcement block shows whichever one is active. Site → Text snippets holds short text used outside your pages, such as the booking requirements notice customers acknowledge, with a French version when French is on. The old Homepage, Courses Page, Service Page, Custom Pages and Site Content screens now open the matching place in Site.
Admin → Site → Navigation controls what appears in your site’s menu and footer, in what order, and what each item is called. A preview shows the result before you click Save menu. Until you save here for the first time, your menu is built automatically exactly as before.
Pages you create join the menu automatically when you turn on Show in menu in their page settings, and leave it when you turn it off. If someone else changes the menu while you have it open, Save tells you instead of overwriting their change.
